Carb Diet Rules

What are the rules of a diet low in carbohydrates?
I tried to diet for the last year with little success. More specifically, I just counted calories. but I think it wasn't working for me because of the carbohydrate since I wasn't watching that. So now I really want to do a diet low in carbohydrates. anyone know how this work, how many carbs are supposed u etc. have a day and it never worked for u.

Also, if you try to lose wait, you should know that about 20 minutes working on that burns fat you've kept for the day, after twenty minutes that you actually begin to burn stored fat. Permet to use carbohydrates for example, say you decide to eat carbohydrates for breakfast your body will store it for later use. If ever used second, then the food will go with the rest of the fat. Its easier to just not eat anything fattening as carbohydrates, simple sugars, and low in protein so your body during exercise can go straight to your stored fat.
