Diet Myths Facts

Is it okay to do my training at 8 / 9 pm?
Im on a diet and trying to lose weight for summer (not overweight im just want to drop 2 stone and get healthy) anyway people keep saying its best to make the meeting Training in the morning, but I do not see how, if at all it kills me lmao, I do mine in the night about 8/9pm and I figure it burns calories as well as it would in the morning, most peple say it affects your sleep … but I sleep so well after a workout because it makes me tired and want to relax and unwind after, and I think after going to sleep is brilliant, and yet people keep trying to say is Is this bad really bad for you .. or is the whole exercise thing in the morning just a myth, and many people began to believe that its some sort is become a "fact"
Please Stop doing that. Neurotransmitters released into your brain when you work out linger for several hours and will affect how your brain functions while you sleep. It can cause sleep paralysis and may even lead to depression and others, triggered by a chemical imbalance. If you MUST work out at night, drink lots of orange juice before bedtime, as this can remove these neurochemicals. Also, avoid chocolate if you keep this routine.
