How much is too much iron?.

I eat multigrain Cheerios with 100% iron. According nutritiondata.com they contain 18.6 mg of iron per cup. My Multi Vitamin contains 100% iron and 18 mg claims. Wikipedia Dietary Reference Intake Claims Page 8 MG is 100%. Food The Web page of the USDA and Nutrition information Center recommends that 8 milligrams for my age. I read a lot of other information suggesting 8 mg every way 45 mg. I intended to eat 5 servings of Cheerios Multigrain one day and four servings of all its branbuds contain 4.5 mgs 25%. This means that I'm 111 mg of iron per day.
