Basically You must think like you want to hear. Stuff as much notice as possible that you want to say in 5 minutes to convince someone to buy it. But finally you will be able to get shortened to 30 seconds and someone told you about a similar product you believe them or think they are curtains of smoke using buzz words. Thus, your speech must be more colloquial way you talk to someone.
