Healthy people have mental objections to Nutrition advice?

The reason I ask is that I have answered to a question from a young woman who complained of anxiety and gloom, and I recommended a nutritional solution, it could try – and I got a thumbs down! Now, I know, he was alone, no big deal. But I was really very nice, and even if someone disagrees, I do not think there is no reason to thumbs down my answer. Honestly nurtitional changes along the year, and changes in lifestyle should be the first step in treat your symptoms, and if it does not, you should start taking drugs. People are just too lazy these days … here take this pill, it'll make you feel better! Yeah right. So the fuck is giving everyone thumbs down? And for one woman who said nutrition does not help, I simply do not believe you, you need to be healthy in body, to really help address your problems minds. I suffer from some disorders horrible than you could imagine, and I must say that the nutritional changes, exercise, etc. help a lot, of course, they are not solution for people who have serious problems, they do help.
