Nutritional Value Of Food

What are some types of foods consumed that hold no Nutritional Value?
Are there any out there that food is not necessarily bad for you eat as you could not gain weight from?
hold water .. absolutely no nutritional value and even if you've drunk too much of it you would not grow .. YOU gain weight, but the gross weight of water that .. disappears when you go pee. .. but who is drinking it is technically not "eat" … a couple of other foods have almost no calories Nutrition Veryyy little (good nutrients though) and that was iceberg lettuce and celery … you may gain weight from it, but you should eat 3,500 calories of it to gain a pound and keep in mind that a cup of celery has about 5-10 calories .. so yeh to gain weight you should eat food on a loading Truck it .. which is quite imposible, so do not worry everrr gaining weight by eating these foods .. and this applies to most green leaves (spinach, ect ..) vegetables:). xoxoxox
