Sweet Potato Nutrition Question?

I know there are 4 types of varieties of sweet potato. I've been eating those skin pale yellow belly. I wanted to try those labeled as "yams" in grocery stores, with darker skin and internal bright orange. Is there a difference in their calorie / nutrition content?
